GOT A QUESTION?

Our frequently asked questions for each of our products (and their answers!) are below as well as the manuals for each of our walkers. Handy instructional videos are on each product page.

If you'd like to speak to a real life person, we're available anytime to discuss our products. You can call Anna on (02) 4058 4636. Or email anna@locomo.com.au.

Because the reason why someone might need one of our products is unique to each individual, we recommend that you work with your physio, OT or doctor when figuring out if this is the right product for you. Our customers have a range of conditions including chronic pain, MS, parkinsons, fibromyalgia, emphysema, arthrisis, and stroke to name a few, but we do not provide any advice as to whether a walking frame/wheelchair/walking cane (as applicable) is the right fit for your condition.
